Chad Eckhardt has spent his career leading various businesses within established Original Equipment Manufacturers in the electrical distribution and power quality markets. He led GridBridge through its various stages, including startup and establishment, expansion and growth, as well as acquisition and integration. He offers a proven track record of commercializing technology from advanced R&D centers, transforming early stage concepts into customer-driven, state-of-the art solutions with convincing value propositions. His education includes electrical engineering at Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Chad’s passion is modernizing electrical networks through improving operating performance, integrating distributed resources, and improving reliability.

Throughout over 30 years of experience, he has consistently commercialized, then launched hardware products with software components in both the networking and energy markets. This includes repeatedly progressing products from the laboratory to the market in both early stage and established companies. Mark is an experienced leader, having built long-lasting engineering teams that have produced enduring products. His passion for the intelligent power space, hands-on technical approach, and overall fortitude make him an essential addition to the team.
